Fees and Payment:

Turnaround Time:
- RMA process generally requires 1–4 weeks for completion.
- Diagnosis/troubleshooting (1–5 days)
- Manufacturer’s decision including part shipping period (1–3 weeks)
- Repair (1–3 days).
Drop off/Appointment:
- Please do not proceed with device drop‑off until you have a response from the office and are given an appointment.
- Should you not receive a response within the next 72 hours, please feel free to reach out on +2348023077749.
Inspection:
- A quality check will be conducted upon dropping off your device.
- Goods damaged in transit will be the client’s responsibility.
